Dr. Frederick Scholl founded Monarch in 1991 to provide a new level of technical service to Fortune 500 clients. He has helped many Fortune 500 clients solve intractable application performance problems and has assisted them in smoothly adding new applications and infrastructure. Prior to founding Monarch, Dr. Scholl co-founded two fiber optic start-ups that were responsible for early commercialization of fiber optic technology in enterprise networks. He has over 35 publications, 13 patents and was educated at Cornell University. Resume
